- ORDER MINIMUM: To place an online order you must reach a minimum value of $150 prior to taxes and after discounts.
- FLAT-RATE SHIPPING: Orders valued between $150 and $299 prior to taxes and after discounts will be charged a flat rate of $24.95 per order.
- FREE-SHIPPING: Enjoy free shipping on orders of $300+ prior to taxes and after discounts.
*Free shipping is not available for Hawaii, Alaska, and all other U.S. Territories. All orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories will be charged an additional $34.95 to cover shipping & handling costs. Please allow approximately 10 business days for your shipment to arrive.
Sorry, but we are unable to ship Zum Laundry Soap or other 64 ounce products to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, or the U.S. Territories.
Although we’d like to, it’s just too far for us to go. We currently don’t ship internationally.
We love the military and ship to APO/FPO addresses through the SmartPost. P.O. Boxes ship SmartPost too.
We only ship and deliver Monday through Friday. We like to rest our paws on the weekends.

Returns:
All damaged-defective merchandise and/or shipping errors must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of goods. A call tag will be issued for damaged-defective merchandise and/or shipping errors. We request that the product is shipped back to Indigo Wild within 5 days of the call tag being issued. Return requests due to customer ordering error will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of freight both ways. Merchandise must be packaged and returned in sellable condition to receive merchandise credit. We do not issue credits or accept returns of seasonal items.
